Our Story
Mélange Manor is a 1920s mansion in the heart of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Designed in 1919 by architect Earl Stillwell, the home still features many of its original details—crystal chandelier lighting, antique mirrors, art-deco touches—and has long been known for its blend of old-world character and quiet charm.
For years, it operated as the Mélange Bed and Breakfast, a boutique hotel that welcomed travelers with its eclectic style and peaceful setting. In 2021, the property was purchased by Jason and Shelby Bundy, eventually becoming their private residence. While no longer an inn, the new stewards still see it as not just a home, but a place meant for gathering.
Today, Mélange Manor offers intimate weddings and private events for up to 50 guests. With a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces—from vine-covered courtyards to the Mediterranean patio—it’s a setting designed for meaningful moments and small celebrations.

We care deeply for this house and its history, and we’re honored to open its doors to others who are writing stories of their own.
